The room was spacious, but the shower had a nasty stain.

Rooms were clean and family-friendly, with amazing and caring staff. However, we encountered significant issues such as being charged twice for one night, the lack of clarity on smoking room availability at check-in, and the unwelcoming atmosphere when addressing our concerns. The food, including square hamburgers, was decent but didn't improve the experience overall.

The beds were wonderfully comfy, and the pool was sparkling clean—ideal for splashing around! The outdoors were kept tidy, making it feel a tad more fancy than expected.

But darling, the shower pressure was weaker than my morning coffee! And let’s just say the 'complimentary breakfast' could use a little more imagination than just sugar and bread.

We had an amazing time with clean, comfy beds and enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers during our stay. The relaxing vibe really helped us unwind after a long day. Just to note, the WiFi was a bit spotty at times, but overall, it didn’t ruin our experience. 🌞

Not worth the headache

So, I went with my hubby and our room was still being remodeled, like seriously? ! The first key didn't work at all! After 3 tries, we finally got in, but the TV's WiFi was spotty. Oh, and the snack bar was decent, but honestly, I just wanted to go home after all the hassle. Will not be coming back.

I appreciated the comfortable and spacious King room. The staff was very attentive, quickly assisting with my needs, and the pool area provided a lovely spot to relax with shaded seating for seniors.

Improve accessibility features for seniors, such as elevators.

I had a lovely time with my grandson while exploring the area, especially enjoying some time by the pool under the sunny Florida sky. The room was very comfortable and spacious for our large family, offering us a relaxing spot to unwind after our daily adventures.

In my wife’s opinion, there should be a breakfast option for families with children.

Dunkin' was just a quick hop away for your morning fix, while India's Grill served up some killer curries that had my taste buds dancing! Plus, the staff was always friendly, even offering a late check-out. Room was cool and comfy too!

It got chilly in the morning, but the AC worked well. Not the best smell when entering, kind of like smoke. Overall, it wasn't the worst but could use some TLC.

The hotel is kinda old and doesn't really match the online pics. The room I was in had a serious mildew smell and the bathroom was super dirty. The staff at the front desk were not friendly at all. WiFi wasn’t reliable either. The breakfast was decent with a good variety though.
